Booking Policy

 

DEPOSIT

Clients are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit at the time of booking. You will need to pay a new deposit for every appointment booked or rescheduled. This will be applied to the total cost of your service. The remaining balance must be paid in exact cash on the day of your appointment. Card payments are accepted with a 5% service fee.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY AND RESCHEDULING

I ask that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be considered a No Call/No Show or Same Day Cancel. The following fees will apply:

  • Same Day Cancellation: $20 Deposit PLUS 50% of the service booked.
    • This applies to those who cancel within 24 hours.
    • Ex) If your appointment is scheduled for 10am tomorrow, you have until 10am today to reschedule/cancel to avoid the 50% charge.
  • No Call/No Show: $20 Deposit PLUS 100% of the service booked.
    • You will be removed as a clients and banned from booking any future appointments.
  • There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you are considered a same-day cancel. I will contact you to inform you of your status. If you do not respond within 30 minutes, you will be considered a No Call/No Show and will be charged accordingly.
  • Clients have up to 48 hours before their appointment to reschedule. Please utilize the link provided in your appointment confirmation email to reschedule.

As your hair care specialist, it is my job to make sure I am on time and ready to service you at your scheduled time. In the event that I am late arriving to your appointment, I will discount your service accordingly. If for any reason I am unable to service you, I will offer a date I am available to reschedule or refund your deposit.


HAIR DROP OFF

All units, bundles, and/or lace must be dropped off at least 3 day prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures you unit/hair has been properly maintained and/or styled before your appointment. If your hair is not dropped off in a timely manner, you are subject to a $30 same day customization fee if time permits. Otherwise, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
